Osteopathy Open 2024
On June 8-10, 2024 the Congress with the international participation
«OSTEOPATHY OPEN 2024: Osteopathy in Russia and in the world: history and modernity»
will be held in St. Petersburg. The Congress will be dedicated to the 150th anniversary of osteopathy and the Year of Osteopathy in Russia.
The upcoming congress, dedicated to the anniversary of osteopathy, will traditionally be a bright scientific event that will bring together leading Russian and foreign specialists to exchange experiences and results of advanced research in the field of osteopathy, discuss current issues of the specialty and prospects for its development.
Over 150 years, osteopathy has overcome the difficult path of its development and has become a full-fledged branch of medicine, which is in demand among patients in many countries, including Russia. Therefore, at the Congress special attention will be paid to the issues of modern methodology of osteopathy and expansion of osteopathic methods of diagnosis and treatment in their historical aspect.
The program will be the following:
JUNE 8
Plenary session, at which experts in the field of osteopathy, neurology, traditional Chinese medicine, dentistry and pediatrics will speak. You can attend the plenary session either in person or online from anywhere in the world.
JUNE 9
Sessions in 6 areas:
- osteopathy, general issues,
- osteopathy and pediatrics,
- osteopathy and pain,
- osteopathy and dentistry,
- osteopathy and posturology,
- osteopathy and traditional Chinese medicine
JUNE 9-10
Workshops by leading Russian osteopaths with extensive clinical experience, who will present modern approaches to the diagnosis and correction of somatic dysfunctions.
The Congress will be held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
